In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Twilio Segment Connections pricing lists Team from about $120/month for 10,000 monthly tracked users (MTUs), with per-1k overages above that, and Business custom. Cancel in Workspace Settings → Plan & Billing (Segment Docs).
Removing one source lowers MTUs but does not cancel Team alone.
Workspace owner / billing admin required.

How to cancel Segment
In Plan & Billing
- Sign in as a workspace owner.
- Open Settings → Plan & Billing.
- Cancel Team / downgrade and confirm.
- Disable sources/destinations if you also want tracking to stop.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows canceled / Free.
- No new Segment charge posts after that.

- Only paused one destination. Team plan renews.
- Left sources sending events. MTU overages possible while paid.
- Non-owner tried to cancel. Need permissions.
