Render price (October 2026) and how to cancel
In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Render's pricing page lists Hobby at $0/month + compute, Pro at $25/month + compute, and Scale at $499/month + compute, with Enterprise custom. Change or cancel the workspace plan on the Billing page in the Render Dashboard (Render Docs: platform features by plan).
Deleting one service does not cancel the Pro/Scale subscription. Compute keeps billing while instances run.
Workspace owner/admin required. Snapshot databases before you destroy services.

How to cancel Render
In Render Billing
- Sign in at dashboard.render.com.
- Open the workspace Billing page.
- Choose Change plan → Hobby / cancel paid plan and confirm.
- Suspend or delete services if you also want compute to stop.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Workspace plan shows Hobby / canceled paid tier.
- No new Render workspace subscription charge posts after that.
