In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Pendo publishes Pendo Free at $0 (about 500 MAUs framing) while paid packages are sales-quoted (third-party Starter/Growth ranges vary widely — Confirm). Cancel paid plans via Pendo Admin → Subscription / your CSM (Pendo Support).
Removing the install snippet does not end a paid contract.

Paid subscription
- Sign in as a subscription admin.
- Open billing settings or email your CSM.
- Request cancel / non-renewal per the order form notice window.
- Export guides/insights if needed.
If on Free only
- No paid cancel — optionally remove the snippet or delete the sub.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Paid plan shows ending / Free.
- No new Pendo charge posts after that.
