In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Pantheon pricing lists Basic at $55/month or $500/year, Performance Small at $200/month or $1,925/year, with Medium/Large/XL higher and Elite custom. Cancel or downgrade each site plan in the Pantheon Dashboard → Site / Workspace billing (Pantheon Docs).
Deleting Dev code does not cancel the Live site plan.
Workspace admin / site owner required. Billing is per site plan.

How to cancel Pantheon
Per site plan
- Sign in as a workspace admin.
- Open the site → Plan / Billing.
- Cancel / downgrade and confirm the end date.
- Export code/DB/files; remove custom domains if leaving.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Site plan shows canceled / sandbox.
- No new Pantheon charge posts after that.

- Only deleted Dev. Live plan renews.
- Left another site paid. Separate plans.
- Non-admin tried to cancel. Need permissions.
