In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Oura lists Membership at $5.99/month (new members get the first month free) and commonly $69.99/year - Confirm the annual option in Membership Hub (Oura Membership; Oura Support: Membership). Cancel anytime in the Oura App → Settings → Account → Manage membership (or Membership Hub).
Membership continues through the current billing period; Oura states no partial refunds for unused prepaid/annual time after the free month. The ring still collects some data without Membership, but insights unlock with Membership. Uninstalling the app does not cancel.
Ring purchase ≠ Membership - cancel the subscription separately from hardware returns.

How to cancel Oura
In the Oura app
- Open the Oura App.
- Go to Settings → Account → Manage membership (or Membership Hub).
- Cancel Membership and confirm the end date.
- Keep the app if you still want basic ring pairing.
If Apple bills you
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Oura.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
If Google Play bills you
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Oura.
- Tap Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Manage membership shows Membership ending / not renewing.
- No new Oura Membership charge posts after that date.
