How to cancel WHOOP
Within 30 days of receipt
- Sign in to your WHOOP account.

- Return the device as directed for a full refund minus shipping.
- Keep the confirmation email.
After the 30-day window
- Open membership / billing in your WHOOP account.
- Turn off renewal or schedule a downgrade (takes effect at cycle end).
- Note the end date - you keep membership benefits until then.
If a store somehow bills you
- Use Apple or Google Subscriptions for that line item.
- Still follow WHOOP return rules for hardware if applicable.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
