In the US (as of 2026-10-18), OneSignal pricing lists Free (mobile push often capped around 1,000 MAU framing), Growth from about $19/month plus usage (mobile MAU / web subscribers / email), and Professional custom annual. Cancel in Organization → Billing (OneSignal Docs).
Deleting one app does not cancel the org Growth plan alone.

In Organization billing
- Sign in as an org owner.
- Open Organization → Billing.
- Cancel Growth / Professional and confirm.
- Disable apps/platforms if you also want sends to stop.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows Free / canceled.
- No new OneSignal charge posts after that.

- Only deleted one app. Org plan may continue.
- Left Growth usage accruing. MAU fees continue while paid.
- Non-owner tried to cancel. Need permissions.
