In the US (as of 2026-10-18), Lucidchart Individual is commonly listed around ~$9/month billed annually and Team about ~$10/user/month yearly (Confirm live Lucid pricing; Free tier exists). Cancel in Account Settings → Plans & Billing → Cancel this plan (Lucid Help); Team needs owner/billing admin.
Deleting one document does not cancel seats.

- Sign in as the owner / billing admin.
- Open Account Settings → Plans & Billing.
- Select Cancel this plan and confirm.
- Export documents you need.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Plan shows canceled / Free after the end date.
- No new Lucidchart charge posts after that.
