How to cancel iHeartRadio Plus / All Access
Web purchase
- Sign in at iHeart.com.
- Go to iHeart.com/my/settings.
- Under Subscription, choose Change Plan → Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm Cancel Plan.
If Apple bills you
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap iHeartRadio.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
If Google Play bills you
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select iHeartRadio.
- Tap Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
