In the US (as of 2026-10-18), ESET sells HOME Security Essential / Premium / Ultimate as multi-device yearly packs with first-term promo prices that often differ from renewal (protection plans; Confirm live store). Turn off Auto-Renew in My ESET / Subscription Management (Cancel Subscription).
Uninstalling ESET does not stop auto-renew.
Use activation key or purchase email. ISP/retail cancel with the seller.

How to cancel ESET
My ESET
- Sign in at home.eset.com / My ESET with key or email.
- Open Subscription Management.
- Turn Auto-Renew off and confirm.
- Protection continues until the paid end date.
If Apple bills you
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap ESET.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
If Google Play bills you
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select ESET.
- Tap Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Auto-renew is off where you were billed.
- No new ESET charge posts after the paid end date.
