As of 2026-10-18, Captions plans commonly list Basic $9.99/mo, Max $24.99/mo, and Frontier from $69.99/mo (higher Frontier tiers ~$139.99 / ~$279.99) — Confirm Subscriptions & Plans. Cancel through the original biller: Apple/Google Subscriptions or the Captions billing portal (How to cancel).

Monthly plans are generally non-refundable; access continues through the paid period. Uninstalling does not cancel.

How to cancel Captions

Web purchase

Sign in and open the Captions billing / manage subscription portal.
Choose Cancel and confirm.
Access lasts to period end.

If Apple bills you

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Captions.
Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.

If Google Play bills you

Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Select Captions.
Tap Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm.

How to confirm it worked

You're done when:

Portal/store shows Captions canceled / ending.
No new Captions plan charge posts.
