Cancel online at my.aura.com Account Membership, or by phone per Aura FAQ (Aura FAQ; Help Center cancel articles).
Protection continues through the paid term after you stop renewal. App-store purchases cancel in Apple/Google. Uninstalling the app does not cancel.

How to cancel Aura
In Aura Account Membership
- Sign in at my.aura.com.
- Open Account Membership.
- Choose cancel / stop renewal and confirm.
- If the app store billed you, cancel there instead.
If Apple bills you
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Aura.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial), then confirm.
If Google Play bills you
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Aura.
- Tap Cancel subscription, pick a reason and confirm.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Membership shows ending / not renewing.
- No new Aura charge posts after the end date.

- Only deleted the app. Billing continues.
