As of 2026-10-18, Stitch Fix has no monthly subscription fee. Each Fix has a $20 styling fee charged when styling begins (~2 weeks before delivery), credited toward kept items; keep nothing and the fee is typically non-refundable (Pricing). Stop automatic deliveries by switching your Fix schedule to on-demand; cancel an upcoming Fix via Fix → Edit → Cancel your Fix before styling starts (Cancel account / upcoming Fix Help).
Keeping the account open is free. Freestyle shop purchases have no styling fee.
If the styling fee already posted and you cancel before ship, Stitch Fix says it auto-refunds after a successful cancel — Confirm Support timing.

How to stop Stitch Fix charges
Stop automatic Fixes
- Sign in to Stitch Fix.
- Open your Fix schedule settings.
- Switch to on-demand so Fixes only send when you request them.
Cancel one upcoming Fix
- Open Fix.
- Tap Edit next to the delivery date.
- Choose Cancel your Fix and confirm.
- If the cancel option is gone, contact Support immediately.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Schedule is on-demand (or upcoming Fix shows canceled).
- No new unexpected $20 styling fee posts.
