How to cancel PlayStation Plus
On a PS5
- Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.
- Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select PlayStation Plus.
- Choose Turn Off Auto-Renew and confirm.
On a PS4
- Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > PlayStation Subscriptions.
- Select PlayStation Plus and choose Turn Off Auto-Renew.
On the web
- Sign in at playstation.com and open Account Management (Settings).
- Select Subscriptions Management.

Refunds
