As of 2026-10-18, Mint Mobile advertises plans from about $15/month when paid 3, 6, or 12 months upfront ($45 / $90 / $180 class) plus taxes/fees (Plans). Service is prepaid; it ends when the paid term expires unless Auto Renewal is on. Turn Auto Renewal off in My Account → Payment (≥24 hours before renewal) (Manage auto renewal).
New-customer 7-day money-back may apply after activation — Confirm policy. Mint Family: primary may need to dissolve family before turning off renew.
Porting out to another carrier also ends Mint service — start port with the new carrier. Call 800-683-7392 for account help.

How to cancel Mint Mobile / stop Auto Renewal
Turn off Auto Renewal
- Sign in at mintmobile.com.
- Open My Account → Payment.
- Toggle Auto Renewal off (≥24 hours before renewal).
- Service continues until the prepaid end date, then stops.
Port out / end early
- Start a number port with your new carrier, or contact Mint at 800-683-7392.
- Ask about any remaining prepaid balance rules.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Auto Renewal shows off (and/or number ported).
- No new Mint prepaid term charge posts.
