Chewy Autoship price (October 2026) and how to cancel
Chewy Autoship is a recurring order program: you pay the item prices on each shipment (often with an Autoship & Save discount), not a separate $X/mo club fee (Autoship Terms). Cancel anytime in Your Account → Manage Autoship → Cancel This Autoship (How to Cancel an Autoship), or call 1-800-672-4399.
Cancel before 12:00 a.m. the day before the ship date to stop that order. Skipping a shipment is not the same as canceling every Autoship.
You may have multiple Autoships — cancel each one you want stopped. Removing one item ≠ canceling the whole Autoship.

How to cancel Chewy Autoship

- Sign in to Chewy.
- Open Your Account → Manage Autoship.
- Select the Autoship → Cancel This Autoship and confirm.
- Repeat for every Autoship you want ended.

- Ask to cancel Autoship on the account matching your receipt.
How to confirm it worked
You're done when:
- Manage Autoship no longer lists active schedules you canceled.
- No new Autoship orders/charges post after the cutoff.
